Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is a globally respected spiritual leader, humanitarian, and founder of The Art of Living Foundation. His vision of a stress-free, violence-free society has inspired millions across the world to live with compassion, responsibility, and service.

Inspired by his teachings, we are committed to contributing to society through meaningful initiatives. We serve and nurture these children with the belief that they will grow into responsible citizens of India. Through education, values, and care, we aim to inspire them—and many more—to walk this path of service, together building a stronger and better India.

Tapan Kumar Bannerjee

President

Mr. Tapan Kumar Banerjee is an accomplished engineer and corporate leader with nearly 25 years of global experience. He served as Senior Vice President (Technical) at Vardhaman Oswal, Punjab, and later as Group General Manager in Nigeria, leading seven companies.

After a successful career, he returned to Kolkata to dedicate himself to social and spiritual service with The Art of Living Foundation under Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He served as Director of Ved Vignan Mahavidyapeeth Drug De-Addiction Center until 2023.

He is the visionary behind the Rupayan Project and has also initiated Panchakarma in Kolkata, promoting holistic development and well-being.

Jhilam Saha

Vice President

Mr. Jhilam Saha is a distinguished Director and entrepreneur with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. With a strong foundation in leadership and management, he has successfully combined professional excellence with dedicated social service.

He has been associated with The Art of Living for the past 30 years, playing a significant role in its growth and outreach. He served as the Apex Member for West Bengal and Sikkim, contributing actively to organizational development, volunteer coordination, and the expansion of service initiatives.

With his visionary leadership, business acumen, and deep commitment to humanitarian values, Mr. Saha continues to inspire and guide many in both professional and spiritual spheres.

Shailendra Singh

General Secretary

Mr. Shailendra Singh is a graduate with a keen interest in computer science and technology. He serves as the Director of Prakash Solar Industries Pvt Ltd, where he has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial leadership and business acumen. With a deep commitment to social responsibility, he is particularly concerned about the welfare, education, and future of children.

In addition to his professional endeavors, he has been actively associated with The Art of Living Foundation for many years, contributing to initiatives that promote personal development, community service, and humanitarian values.
